THE SPIRITUAL COUNSELLOR
I am a Qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Forest & Nature Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Sacred Space Holder, Devine Feminine Channeller, Shamanic Practitioner, Energy Channeller & Healer and Workshop Facilitator, to name a few as I continue to evolve, learn and grow.
I offer you an eclectic and blended healing experience combining counselling, therapy and alternative holistic therapies for those who are open minded, and curious about energy healing and the ever evolving realm of spirituality.
I also love learning, teaching and creating communities; so I have plenty of workshops, groups and training on offer for those who want to become part of a collective tribe of healers and curious likeminded souls.
My style of working is classed as eclectic; combining up to date theory, neuroscience, intuition and energy healing practices.
My focus is to help you become your own healer and inner authority; where you will become more self aware of your unseen issues, enabling you to foster a more compassionate relationship with yourself; which is vital to enable you to do the work of processing your trauma.
I achieve this by working intuitively; providing a confidential safe space, listening to your concerns, and supporting you to trust and connect with your own authentic self and inner wisdom.
Healing enables you to be able reconnect with your soul’s purpose to live a more fulfilled life.
Self Care isn't selfish, it's vital for creating an environment for us to our heal.
Historically we have been conditioned to put other people’s needs before our own. This then leads to a real lack of ability to acknowledge, and then in turn, learn to meet our own needs in healthier ways.
In childhood we make ‘adaptations’ where our body makes choices to enable us to survive in an environment where we don‘t feel safe. These adaptations become our blueprint for dealing and relating to life’s adversities, but they also become our blocks.
Self care practices empower you to live life more authentically and compassionately.
