Spiritual Counselling is a unique combination of traditional counselling, trauma-informed therapeutic techniques and neuroscience fused with intuition, 

 It is very much like counselling except we acknowledge the parts of us that are energetic, spiritual and soul based beings.

Like counselling we work on creating a safe and therapeutic space to enable you to feel validated, listened to and able to reclaim your authenticity.

 Reiki is an Japanese healing technique that aids in healing by helping you become energetically balanced — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Reiki has become a popular treatment option within the NHS where clinical studies now evidence its effectiveness with reducing stress   related disease, anxiety and depression. 

Reiki can be delivered either in-person via hands on/off healing or remotely via distance healing. 

Angelic Reiki is very similar to a traditional Reiki Session in practice. 

Angelic Reiki channels the healing energies of The Angelic Kingdom, which includes, Archangels, Ascendant Masters, Elementals, Galactics, and other high vibrational energetic beings. 

It‘s like pressing the boost button of a Reiki treatment.

Like all Reiki treatments, Pendragon Reiki can be delivered in-person or remotely. 

It is a non-invasive treatment that seeks to remove energetic blocks that hinder the body’s natural capacity to regenerate heal itself, by bringing the mind, body and spirit back into balance.

Woodland Reiki is a beautiful combination of Green Ray Reiki and Shamanic healing energy within the environment of nature; channelling the energies and wisdom of nature‘s plants, trees, elemental and astral realms.

It is a non-invasive treatment which aims to balance and revitalise your body whilst deepening your connection with nature to receive insight, wisdom and healing from the Astral and Elemental Realms. 

 Forest Bathing also known as Shinrin Yoko was introduced by the Japanese in response to the then societal epidemic of stress related diseases. 

Forest Bathing is the mindful, sensual and often spiritual practice of spending time in nature based settings; whether that be walking, running, cycling, sitting, meditating or camping; for the benefits of our health and overall sense of well-being.
